Pricing FAQ
How much is the pilot?
Pilot pricing is fixed and depends on your platform type and pilot scope. Contact us for a quote. Typical pilot engagements range from low five figures to mid five figures.
Do I need to commit before the pilot?
No. The pilot is a standalone engagement. You review the final KPI report in Week 3, then decide whether to proceed with development licenses or deployment scale.
What if we need on-prem deployment?
We support on-prem and VPC deployments for Deployment Scale customers. Pricing and support options are customized based on your infrastructure requirements.
Can we scale down if fleet size changes?
Yes. Deployment Scale pricing is usage-based or tiered by vehicle count, so you can scale up or down based on your production fleet size.
Is there a minimum fleet size?
No minimum for pilots or development licenses. Deployment Scale is designed for production fleets, typically 10+ vehicles or robots, but we can accommodate smaller deployments.
What payment terms do you offer?
Pilots are typically paid upfront. Development licenses are annual subscriptions. Deployment Scale offers monthly, quarterly, or annual payment options based on your preference.
